The MDS M515 Heavy Duty Trommel, the flagship model in the MDS range.
It excels at crafting RipRap and reclaiming rocks entangled with clay and other adhesive materials. The updated design incorporates new elements that enhance transportation, accessibility, and stockpile capacities.
Maintenance is a breeze with the engine's swing-out feature, along with a convenient access platform that simplifies access. Both the fines and mid-product conveyors have been extended to elevate stockpile heights. Furthermore, the engine's new side placement allows for easy fitting on smaller bed trailers, reducing transportation expenses for our valued customers.
The MDS M515 rock trommel screens boast a drum with a 4m fines section and a 1.5m mid-product section. There's a range of drum configurations available, including frames with interchangeable screens or fully welded drums. The precise setup is tailored to meet the specific demands and applications of our customers.
