Aggregate Equipment is hiring a Belting Splice Apprentice to back up our Splice Techs and learn the craft of cutting, repairing & splicing conveyor belts.

You will:
• Work in shops, mines & quarries—often outdoors, all weather
• Lift heavy gear, travel periodically, and handle on-call rotations
• Train hard on safety and step up when the belt goes down

You’ve got:
• HS Diploma/GED, Class 5 with clean abstract
• Experience around conveyors or construction sites
• Ability to pass drug/background checks & handle physical work
